It is our mission to accelerate the development and adoption of workflow best practices in capital raising and operational guidelines for REOC partnership investments that enable investors, investment managers and real estate operating companies to maximize returns, lower costs and reduce risk.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OR ABOUT YOU
To serve our customers, we gather two types of information from visitors to our website: usage information regarding visitors and personal information provided by those who subscribe to our digital news alerts or contact us with an inquiry.
Information You Give Us: When you visit the iREOC website to make a purchase, submit an inquiry and request to be on our mailing list for iREOC news alerts, events, etc., you choose to give us basic information: name, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone and credit card numbers. This allows us to process your transactions and to provide you with excellent customer service.
There may be times, such as when you subscribe to a news alert subscription or submit a contact inquiry, when we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name and email address. In addition, we may need to contact you via email to address questions or issues specific to your subscription, and contact inquiry, even if you have opted to not receive marketing communications from us.

As a part of our commitment to your privacy, Institute of Real Estate Operating Companies honors customers’ requests not to share their information with other marketers and honors customers’ requests not to receive mail, e-mail, telephone or other solicitations from Institutional Real Estate, Inc. If you choose to receive email, youcan remove yourself from our email list at any time by replying to our email promotion with a request to Unsubscribe, which is included in every promotional email we send out. IREI does not sell nor share email addresses to any other organizations.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We may share the information collected via our Services with companies who work on our behalf to help us provide and support the Services and our products and services.
We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Services. We may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. iREOC takes precautions to protect our Member information. When users submit personal information via iREOC’s website, their information is protected online and off-line.
We also use a combination of physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to ensure and protect user information off-line. All employees are trained regarding our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. While we use these precautions to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf.
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing: As explained above, we process personal data in various ways depending upon your use of our Services.
